Picnic Panic!

Please Note:

• Do not go left past the anthill while playing the game, as it will result in a soft-lock because I forgot to put in a left edge. (oops!)
• The menus cannot currently support mouse control, instead use WASD or the Arrow keys to navigate menus and use Enter or Spacebar to select a menu item.
• If you choose to go to the Main Menu from the Pause or End Game screens, refresh the page. The game's state is not reset properly.

I'll be working on a post-jam update to get these bugs out, but for now, please enjoy the game!

Controls

A/D or←/→  -- Move left and right

W or ↑ or Spacebar -- Jump

J + A/D -- Dash

Esc -- Pause

Enter or Spacebar -- Select menu item

Story

It's been a tough few weeks for your ant colony - a park decided to host its annual party right next to your hill, and your queen has been starving for some of that picnic Swiss cheese. Who will step up to the plate and help her?

That's where you come in!

Run,  jump, and dash your way to underneath a picnic table to collect that beautiful, hole-filled cheese and bring it back to your queen. Who knows, you might even gain a few fans along the way!
